HOW TO ORDER

Here at Little Diva, we want to keep in touch with you personally, right from the beginning, which is why you won’t find an on-line ordering system. We like to speak to people and would rather spend our time making your special favours than dealing with technical issues.   You will need to complete the order form and return to us either by email, post or by telephoning your request. The order forms can be downloaded from the Order Form Page

Once we have received your order form, we will contact you with an order acknowledgment, receipt of payment and estimated delivery date for your favours. We aim to have your favours ready within 2-3 weeks and as soon as your order is ready for dispatch we will contact you again to let you know that your Little Diva parcel is on its way! If you require favours on an urgent basis, please call us and we will let you know if we can accommodate you.

HOW TO PAY

To secure your order, we will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total order cost. Little Diva are only currently able to process payments by cheque or Paypal. Cheques are to be made payable to Little Diva Favours. Please ensure you write your full card number, expiry date and address on the reverse of the cheque. As soon as we have received your deposit we will start on your order. The outstanding balance will be requested when your favours are ready to be dispatched. We will notify you by email at this stage and upon clearance of your final payment your goods will be posted.   If you wish to pay securely via PayPal, please use the link below.

RETURNS

Little Diva ensures that every parcel is carefully packed and its contents protected for transit. To guarantee our quality favours are delivered to you efficiently and in good order we use Royal Mail Special Delivery. Therefore, Little Diva are not responsible for damaged goods. Due to the bespoke nature of the business and because the favours are handmade to your request we are unable to accept cancellation of orders. Please also be aware that due to each favour being handcrafted, there may be very slight differences in the favours. Little Diva cannot accept responsibility for colour and texture variations which occur occasionally.


DELIVERY

All favours are offered subject to availability and Little Diva cannot be held responsible for items that become discontinued. If this should occur, we will contact you to offer an alternative.

As already mentioned, Little Diva want your favours to arrive in tip top condition, so we use Royal Mail Special Delivery as we believe this is the best and safest method of post. Please be aware that you will be required to sign on delivery of your favours. Our postage costs are based on the quantities dispatched to you and are charged as follows:

 

  Between 1 and 10 favours 11 to 50 favours 51 to 100 favours Over 100 favours

UK £2.50 £4.50 £6.50 £8.50

 

UK mainland delivery and usually takes between 3 -7 days. For postage outside of the UK, please contact us and we will provide you with a quotation. In addition, for any clients living in or close to York, you are more than welcome to collect your favours to save on postage costs or we can deliver. This can be arranged when your favours are ready.
